Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 3-7 days of purchase (Monday-friday)

UK Royal Mail tracked 48 - £3.33

UK Royal Mail express shipping (1-3 business days) - £4.44 

'Cosmic Moon Jewels' cannot be held liable for mistakes made on behalf of the delivery courier nor can they be held liable for misplaced orders due to incorrect information or incorrect address being entered by the customer. 

Returns and Refunds Policy-

We hope you are extremely happy with your brand new cosmic moon jewels. However, if you have any queries or concerns, please read our policies below.

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds of earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept exchanges. Therefore please ensure you read all product descriptions and policies are double-checked before purchasing <3

By purchasing from www.cosmicmoonjewels.com, you accept and agree to these terms and services. 

If your items are deemed faulty within two weeks of purchase, we are more than happy to offer repairs. In that case, please contact us via the contact form on our contact page. If your repair is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. 

Any orders needing repairs after the first two weeks can use this same service; however, shipping labels are bought at the customer's expense. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a repair will not be accepted.

Damges and issues

Please inspect your item upon receiving your package! if you have any problems and need any help due to noticing your item is damaged or defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem and make it right :)

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch ig you have any specific questions about your specific item :)

Exchanges 

We are unable to offer exchanges on all products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
